My T4 has never been high on Armour---always hovers around one. And

it doesn't seem to affect me a bit. I just add more Armour if I

still have symptoms, and it works. Adding more Armour is adding more

T4. No, stick with Armour, even if you decide to add T4. Armour

works.

ok, i am back. sorry i missed your replies - i had to go. here is

the new plan. 60 mg armour 50 mcg synthroid. it seems that i am a

really good converter ( from my blood tests) and we'll see if we can

bump up the t4 and keep ft3 stable. tsh could come up a bit which i

wouldn't mind.

in any case - i finally have a doctor who will work with me. rock

on!!! i am so happy i could cry.

thanks for your help.

Good Shana!! I'm so glad you are feeling better about it all. And

Shana, there is no reason for you to wish that your TSH come up a

bit. When we are on an optimal dose of Armour, our TSH's are

suppressed. Mine was .009, for example. TSH means NOTHING NOTHING

when you are being treated. Read the article in the FILES section on

the TSH, ok??

HAPPY FOR YOU!!
