Guest guest
Yes indeed! Hmmm, maybe he's even MORE wonderful. (Is that retching I hear?) LOL He gave me a beautiful amethyst pendant for Valentine's Day. (Not my birthstone, just my favorite stone.) Also, he hasn't gotten mad at me yet for not being able to read maps very well. I kind of missed an exit while we were down in Minneapolis this weekend. However, the paragraph of directions said to take the " 4th St South " exit.. and the only exit sign I saw was for " 4th St N " ..... looking on map, these streets didn't even look like they joined up! Then, the next set of directions were from another road, which we exited onto, 35W heading north. Okay, great! The paragraph said to simply take the " 11th St exit " .. Woo-hoo! Uh-oh, why are we seeing an exit for 694? No 11th St exit. Crud. So we exited to 694 to get back to 94 (which means we've successfully made a big ol' loop). The " good news " is that 's work cell phone rang. He pulled off in Fridley, and called the guy back. Would you believe the call took 1 hour and 40 minutes? I was kind of glad because I needed a nap.. I just put my head back and I was out! Although I had one of those quick " falling " dreams and jumped about a mile and woke myself up. Then I fell back asleep and woke myself up snoring. (I should have brought a book.) Anyhow, I mentioned to later that it was a good thing we missed the first exit because otherwise we would have been at the motorcycle show when the call came in. (Gotta see the positive side!) was also teasing me about my snoring.. he had his headset on while talking to the service guy, but he said he kept looking over at me because I was so loud! I told him he could have nudged me or something. ;-) Also, his parents weren't able to come up from Iowa due to his mom's IBS. :-( That's a bummer because I was looking forward to seeing them again. Yep, life is good! is hosting Easter at his apartment. His parents are going to be there (and staying there). I have a feeling we will be eating out. Although he IS a good cook, his kitchen is so dang small. Well, his whole apartment is small. -----Original Message----- From: on , so good to hear an update from you. Is still as wonderful as you used to report??????

Guest guest
Kimberley, I am so glad you are back posting again, and so happy for you that you and seem to be really right for each other. My dh and I met pretty much the same way (long story) and are extremely happy together. It is second marriage for both of us. I was married for 16 years the first time and had two children; he was married for 19 years the first time and had two children. We talked on the phone for hours and hours and then decided to meet. I had already been divorced for 8 years, and he had been separated/divorced for 3 years. The rest is history. We married a little over a year later and combined a family of 4 kids, 2 in high school and 2 in college at the time. Life was pretty hectic for the first 5 years; all kids are grown and out of the house for 3 years now and we are truly enjoying each other's company more than ever. My first husband is a great guy and was very loyal, but spent very little time with us. He was a workaholic, and when he was home, he was always off doing something else. We had totally different priorities. It is so great being with someone who truely apprieciates and loves me for me and wants to be with me all the time. Good luck to you. Your posts make me smile. We will be celbrating our 8th wedding anniversary this fall. When we married, I was 46 and he was 44, so it is never too late for love. Terri in WI > Yes indeed! Hmmm, maybe he's even MORE wonderful.
