Guest guest
Hi Elain, I was on high doses of C for a period of 6 months. It had no effect at all on my rashes. I hope it helps for you if you try it. Anyone...Vitamin C? > > Hi all.... > > I was wondering if anyone takes high doses of Vitamin C daily? > I have read where this could be helpful. Guest guest
I take high doses of vitamin C and it doesn't help my hives but I don't think it hurts them either. It's funny because I cannot eat citrus fruits which are high in vitamin C. Also, I was taking Quinoa and it really helped my hives but made me extremely tired! I had to stop taking it because of that.
Guest guest
I take high doses of vit.C, too, as part of my post-op. healing. I think there's a non-citrus form, but I forget what it's called. It's for people who are citrus-sensitive. Ask at your health food store if you are interested.
