Guest guest
> Hi !! Yes, yes, yes, I do also believe that was a sign! Thank you for confirming that to me Janie. I really thought so too, and even my husband said he believed it to be a sign also. I'll never really know, but I like to believe it. It would have been the sort of thing I could see her doing . As far as the low ferritin, mine was 38 or 37. One of the two, and I started taking 300 mcg of the green iron tabs. Perhaps I should be taking 2 tabs/day. The doctor mentioned one or two, but I decided to try one. What do you recommend? Thanks you again for your sweet post and concern. I will keep everyone updated as soon as I get settled back in TX! Ferrous Sulfate tabs daily to even begin to get it to move up. Jamy said she took three a day. From what we know, doc's like to see your Ferritin in the 60's and higher. I don't know that your problem is from your Ferritin---it's not rock bottom low, but it's certainly not optimal. But.....I think it's good to first check it out. Adrenal support can be your next thing to explore. Janie
