Guest guest
Wow! That was fast! =) I've already started posting my steps on the message board as of yesterday. I figure everyone can just post their steps whenever they get their pedometers. Since I didn't even reach 10,000 w/ work and a 2.8 mile walk/run, I know I'm going to have to push myself to get up to 10,000. =) Good luck! I'm doing a short day hike tomorrow at Pilot Mountain, NC, so I hope that will help out my numbers. 175/155.8/130 / 10,000 Steps to Goal Hi , I can't believe it, but my new Digiwalker already arrived in today's mail. That was fast! I've set it to my stride and I've done the test to see if it's working properly and it *seems* to be fine, so I'm ready to join you in the 10,000 steps/day challenge! I have a feeling that it's going to be a while before I get to the 10,000- steps mark! I know there are several others who want to participate but are waiting to get a new pedometer, so just let me know how and when you want to do this. In the meantime, I'll be learning how many steps I take in a normal day and then trying to increase that! Bette

Guest guest
Wow! W/out any " exercise steps " that's a really good number. I'll bet your number will be through the roof on Monday! =) I was up to 8,182 yesterday (w/ shopping and 30 minutes at Curves), so it looks like I've already hit a plateau on my steps! =) hehe I think running and Curves tomorrow will kick it in the butt. Oh, I'm also down .8 lbs this week! Plus 16+ inches and curves and 3.3% body fat. Woohoo! Have a great weekend! 175/155.8/130 Re: / 10,000 Steps to Goal I wore mine all day yesterday and wound up with 3352 steps. No exercising, just errands and stuff around the house.
