well seriously..as i've struggled with regain since summer the biggest thing

i can think of that has changed is that for the first year - year and a half

i could not eat for entertainment purposes...it was always a challenge in

some ways...now that my capacity has increased and i have experimented and

learned all the tricks of the trade as to what goes down easy, and my

apparent lack of concern for an imminent nap from too much carbs.....life has

gotten very hard...the anxiety form losing people on 9/11 (i'm in ny) and my

cousins wife a stewardess on the plane that crashed at kennedy has increased

my stress eating and grazing incredibly

i will try to add protein shakes and the chromium piccolinate to cut down on

" real " hunger....any other tips for healthy snacks..i remember when i was

losing i had lots of clementines and i am glad they are back in season..for

some reason fruit does not set off my carb cravings...

its really hit me hard that though my plumbing has changed i still have the

brain of a 325lb person..i look to food for " more " than a healthy weight can

allow me (fun and sedation)....obviously major lifestyle changes must occur

if i am to maintain what i have accomplished...and hopefully move back down a

bit to where i was..
