Guest guest
Just curious but has anyone ever heard of a surgeon doing a revision to DS on someone who has a successful proximal. I'm wondering if that would increase the chances of success at keeping weight off. Right now I have to work very hard at keeping the weight off, its not as easy as I'd hoped, I don't think there's hardly any malabsorption. In fact it feels like the times pre surgery when I'd lost weight and had to struggle to keep it off. I'm wondering if anyone else that gains easily or has to work so hard at maintaining has ever heard of this. Thanks, Ramoth > A person in my area is looking for a surgeon who will perform a DS on a " failed RNY " . I don't have any other details yet, but thought I would check with any of you here who had a DS. Are there any surgeons in the upstate NY area who do this? And will any of them consider a DS on an RNY? > > Questions, questions.... > Thanks for help. > Alice in NY > > >
