Guest guest
I really need some help getting back on track. I have 40 lbs to lose, and I need to get started, but you understand that ya' have to " get it " in your head? I need help getting there. Guest guest
Why don't you try setting smaller goals for yourself? Like a new pair of shoes at 10 lbs, a new outfit at 15 lbs, etc? That always inspires me. Also I like to pull out my " before " pic and see how far I've come and how far I want to go. Just some suggestions! in OKC <>< 238/187.2/179 > I really need some help getting back on track. Guest guest
Hi NB. I think that getting back on track is much harder than starting out in the first place. When we first start, we are all hyped up and everything is new and working like a clock. But if we loose some of that as we go on, and then loose more, we slowly slip way off track and than bang! we are in a real slump. It takes something new sometimes to get re-motivated like in the beginning. How about searching out some new foods to try. Sometimes this takes some of the boredom out of anything old, and just getting in there and reading labels, and making plans is fun.. Hit the malls when you get the time and look at all this new stuff hitting the racks. Start one day, MAKE it a good one, then go on to day 2..but never give up, because it will fall back into place. I have lived this situation over many times. I have these spells where I am so hyped, and then I hit those slumps, and it takes a lot of willpower, to dig out. You are not alone, there is a whole group of people here, and a lot of us have been where you are. BUT it is in you to get it " in your head " that you are going to do this. I hope you make this your " day one " ... ~~~Kallie` In Serious-Weight-Watchers , nbbutler@a... wrote: > I really need some help getting back on track.
