Thanks for the clarification. Interesting comments. I will need to

discuss with the Allergist since Trev and I have loads

of " Allergies " . Both appear to be an inability to digest proteins.

I have a heat and cold intolerance. Both Trevor and I have muscle

cramps. Mine are virtually none existent if I avoid milk rigidly.

You day sounded wonderful. Glad you had the opportunity and took it

to have such a lovely time.
