Guest guest
Amen ! Happy New Year Everyone. Hugs, Esther Cohen wrote: Hi Everyone: Before the crowd comes over, I wanted to take a minute to wish everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year. I am adding some new wishes and prayers to my list for the new year, aside from my normal list about health and happiness for my family and friends: I wish for kidneys for those waiting. I wish for continued health for those not yet there. I wish fo the " Eureka " moment when some physician or researcher finds the way to turn off the part of our immune system that causes us to have IgAN or reject organs. And personally, I am adding... I wish for the safety of our troops overseas, and hope to welcome them home in the coming year. May the future be filled with peace and understanding. I pray for those touched by the disaster in the Indian Ocean. May those lost be at peace, and those remaining find the support to survive and continue on. And may the rest of the world realize that disasters do not care about national borders, wealth, religion or the color of your skin, so why should we care about them in determining the worthiness of support or the value of the life. I wish someone in Washington would finally figure out how to have health insurance for all without losing the quality of the care and the research that carries it forward, and yet still have affordable so that no one needs to choose between food and medication. That's a fair summary, without getting too political, of my hopes for the coming year. Overall, I hope that we can all have good health and happiness. That's the one I really want fulfilled. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail - now with 250MB free storage. Learn more. Guest guest
Hi Cy, Happy New Year to you and too. Running into the good friend of your husband almost seems like a reminder that he is watching over you and . What a wonderful beginning to your New Year and a reminder to us all that there is little of more importance than loving others. It is the relationships that make life so special, including all of the participants on this board. Happy New Year one and all.
