Guest guest
Twas the 7th of Dec just 2 years before Had a hot date for surgery and the hope for much more A new day to greet me, a new chance at life I just couldn't wait to go under the knife Dr. did his magic like he seems to do And I woke up in recovery and went boo hoo hoo I was sure that I messed up, hey, just let me stay fat Give me some morphine and toridol STAT! But 2 years later as I look back at that day I'm so grateful I did it and so glad I can say Dr has given me the gift of good health It's a present that means so much more than wealth My blessings are many, my worries are few And with this season my wish for you Have a wonderful holiday, may your smile shine bright And may your clothes never again feel they're too tight. hugs, Ramoth

Guest guest
WOW! Thanks Ramoth! I was trying to express my thoughts about my 2 year anniversary and you have summed it up. Mine was 12/9. I am hovering between 145 & 150 at 5'1 " . I have had a tt & arms done - contemplating what else I want to do. Butt, boobs? we shall see. I would really like to get off another 10 lbs, but I supplement my protein, eat mostly protein with a few carbs in for measure, no milk (except the occasional sf pudding), and nothing with above 7 gms of sugar on any label. I do a step class three mornings a week. I have a wonderfully active lifestyle and really have no complaints except that after a 150 lb weight loss I am STILL considered OVERWEIGHT in a size 10. I guess I will just have to settle - I sure as hell don't look overweight. I just had a revision on my left arm last Thursday, so I am off exercise for the next week - 10 days. Hope to not lose the habit completely and have to start over. Thank you all for your knowledge - I have learned so much here.
