Welcome !

Can you do WW online? I personally just do the program at home so

it is possible. But online might benefit you too.

This is a wonderful board!

Wonderful to " meet " you ! I think you will enjoy this board.

Lots of " tough love " ! Seriously, the members of this board are very

supportive.

I live Arkansas. I recently declared goal weight and at my next weigh

in I should be getting my lifetime membership. Then I'm on my way

hopefully to personal goal.

Hi,

My name is and I have been a " lurking member " on this site for

awhile. I've decided to step up and introduce myself. I'm deciding

to do this at this time because I need help and support.

I started WW in November of 2002. I lost 68 pounds in nine months. I

was very happy with my progress. Then I had gall bladder surgery and

I totally stopped losing. I would go up and down three or four

pounds over and over. By December of last year I was totally

frustrated and have found it really difficult to get back on track

and stick to the program. I am still down 64 pounds but I need to

buckle down, stop messing around with the system and actually do the

program. I also need to exercise regularly (which I don't do now).

Like you all, life is crazy for me. My job requires a lot of travel

so I end up eating away from home a lot. It is tough to get into a

routine of eating and exercise.

I guess what I would like to do is to recommit here, in front of you

all and ask for support.
