Guest guest
Welcome Gymmie in Cali The difference between fit and fat is " I " What you eat between Thanksgiving and Christmas isn't as important as what you eat between Christmas and Thanksgiving God loves us in good times and in bad times. But He is even more real in our lives when we are having tough times. Coach Joe Gibbs -- Introduction Hello to all. Guest guest
Welcome ! Can you do WW online? I personally just do the program at home so it is possible. But online might benefit you too. This is a wonderful board! Cheyenne
Guest guest
Wonderful to " meet " you ! I think you will enjoy this board. Lots of " tough love " ! Seriously, the members of this board are very supportive. I live Arkansas. I recently declared goal weight and at my next weigh in I should be getting my lifetime membership. Then I'm on my way hopefully to personal goal. April > Hello to all. My name is and I live in a small village in the northern > part of the country of Lebanon. Guest guest
Hi, My name is and I have been a " lurking member " on this site for awhile. I've decided to step up and introduce myself. I'm deciding to do this at this time because I need help and support. I started WW in November of 2002. I lost 68 pounds in nine months. I was very happy with my progress. Then I had gall bladder surgery and I totally stopped losing. I would go up and down three or four pounds over and over. By December of last year I was totally frustrated and have found it really difficult to get back on track and stick to the program. I am still down 64 pounds but I need to buckle down, stop messing around with the system and actually do the program. I also need to exercise regularly (which I don't do now). Like you all, life is crazy for me. My job requires a lot of travel so I end up eating away from home a lot. It is tough to get into a routine of eating and exercise. I guess what I would like to do is to recommit here, in front of you all and ask for support. 253/189/
