Guest guest
Mona, On the Dwarfism List page, click on the " Files " link on the navigation bar. In this section, you'll click on the folder called " Achondroplasia Charts. " In this folder are weight for height charts. Just click on the one you want to display the chart on your browser, then print it. Amelia > How can I get a weight chart for Achons. Or can you tell me how to look it up > on the computer? Guest guest
Hello, Val, I printed up the chart that you posted on the listserv and it looks very interesting. What do the numbers in parentheses mean? Under each challenge there is a number and by the reflexes there are numbers. I have taken Svetlana's Lifelong Reflexes class only. I don't think muscle tone is going to be all that noticeable over so short a time. Brad
Guest guest
I like to track my " weepiness, " a sure sign of elevated Estrogens. Do you find yourself " crying " at movies when you wouldn't have in the past? _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of ogarchamplin Sent: Tuesday, October 24, 2006 6:17 PM Subject: Chart Well I found out that my insurance does not cover injections but that is ok. I do want to chart my mood so when I return in 90 days I can try to get the shots changed to 100mg 1x a week. What categories should I use in a daily chart? I was thinking of having a rating system of 1-5 and the sections being libido,Energy, Muscle Tone, Overall Feeling
Guest guest
Not sure how you'd rate them, but I'd keep an eye on weight gain/loss, any insomnia, if you have enlarged prostate (probably not) changes in urine flow, changes in blood pressure, and any other meds you're taking at the same time. I've got a sort of rolling medical diary (which is getting kinda big) on my computer that has all that plus what I can remember what was discussed at each Dr. visit and all blood test results. Rich BTW the non-insurance cost for depo T cyp that you quoted seem pretty high. A ten ml vial of 200mg/ml T.cyp at 100mg/wk will last you I think 5 months or so. > > Well I found out that my insurance does not cover injections but that > is ok. Guest guest
Forgot to add - I keep track of my injections. I inject in the thighs but I want to alternate between left and right thigh and its not always easy to remember after a week has gone by where you injected last. As it turns out, I have a date, dosage and location of every injection I've ever done in my medical diary. The date will occasionally change if I'm dragging too much at the end and go for a 6 day injection (and I'm going to need that change of date later); the dose has sometimes changed (rarely, and by a small amount), and the location should change on each injection to avoid building scar tissue at any one place. Sometimes I'll even switch an injection to the glutes (rear end.) Also, if you're wife is injecting you in the glute, and I assume you're standing which is usually the case, shift your weight to the opposite side of where she will inject. So if she injects in your right glute, shift your weight onto your left foot so that your right foot is barely touching the ground. A muscle that is not under tension takes an injection better than one thats under tension (actually thats true of any muscle being injected, including thighs.) Guest guest
I keep an excel spread sheet that I plot dosage taken vs. response. My response is 1 to 10 based on energy level, libido and erections. I also log my lab results. Arkansas ********************************************************************************\ ****************** I keep copies of all my dosages too Dan. I even copy them and save them on computer, works for me too, in regards to lidido ME etc. You nearly have to keep some records to see where you are at present. By the way Dan where is Phil? Did I miss a post from him that he was going to be gone for awhile or sumpin? I miss him. Blessings, Roy --------------------------------- Messenger with Voice. OK, I admit that I heard about the hot water thing. Some boyfriend I had ages ago said that you can't get into hot water (e.g. a hot tub) after eating because it raises your core temperature including that of your intestines and would increase the chance of " bad " bacteria growing in the undigested or partially digested food. He said that could make you really sick. I don't know if it's true or not, I just pass on the story for what it's worth. -
