Guest guest
Hi Everybody including Tami, I to was only eating organic meats and dairy. My hives were very bad at the time. I already knew that I was extremely sensitive to soy based products but it hadn't occurred to me that my organic meets and dairy may be contributing to my hives. Organic animals are fed soy and unfortunately for me this makes me very allergic to organic milk, eggs, meat, vitamin E that is oil based, and everything else that has soy in it. Not saying this is anyone else's problem but it is worth a try to stop eating organic for a little while. I knew within a day or 2 that this was part of my problem. I still have hives and have had them for 5 years, but am learning what foods to stay away from, for me. Thanks! from CA
Guest guest
Hi again : That is interesting about the organic foods. Maybe I am bothered by soy. The thing with my hives, though, is that sometimes they are horrific and sometimes I only have few to none. I think that when they are horrific certain things do make them worse, but when they are calm I can almost eat or drink anything. I've tried so many elimination diets and avoiding this or that, that I'm really tired of it all...LOL. My hives have a mind of their own! In any event, thanks for the info.
