Hi Jackie!

I hope you are feeling better, it sounds like you are! Re: the hormone thing...I wonder if our hives will go away after menopause...have you ever heard of that happening?

Also, regarding the hormones and antibiotics in certain dairy products and meats. I buy only organic, hormone and antibiotic free milk and meats. (And, organic fruits and vegetables as well.) So, at least when eating at home, I am not adding those things to my system. When I go out, which is fairly often, then I can't control it. Aside from the hives, there are many other health reasons to eat this way.
