Guest guest
I just wanted to add this little bit about progesterone. It will crystalize very easily in the presence of any moisture and when poor compounding practises are done. If it crystalizes, it will feel gritty. It is not any good then, because it will be poorly absorbed. What makes it absorb well is having it micronized or in as tiny as possible bits so it can enter skin better. Probably the best progesterone product is Progest E, in which the progesterone is dissolved into vitamin E oil. It is a perfect way to both keep it fresh and very well dispersed.
