To raise or not to raise - Feeling horrible

In January, Val figured my RT3 ratio at 12.1 on 4 grains of Armour. So in

February, I stopped *all* thyroid because I was feeling horribly HYPER &

ANXIOUS. Didn't have any cytomel to take then.

After 2 days of being off Armour I started to feel really good and then felt

great for about a week, like my old self! I felt sooo good I was convinced I was

*CURED*. Hahahahahah. Then I went hypo.

March 3 labs, after 3 weeks of *NO* thyroid whatsoever:

TSH - 12.34 (0.45-4.5) *HIGH*

FT3 - 2.2 pmol/L (2.0-4.4)

FT4 - 0.53 ng/dl (0.82 - 1.77) *LOW*

RT3 - 97 pg/mL (90 - 350)

*COULD NOT FIGURE RATIO FOR THESE LABS

December cortisol was normal to high. Temps normal & stable.

January ferritin lab - 36 (Been taking ferrous gluconate and using iron

skillet.)

Do the labs above indicate a bad RT3 ratio?

------------------------------------

After my labs I began taking cynomel, split doses X4:

Mar 3-10: 15 mcg

Mar 11-12: 20 mcg

Mar 13-15: 22.5 mcg

Mar 16-18: 27.5 mcg

Mar 19-22: 40 mcg

Mar 23-28: 42.5 mcg

Not sure if I'm raising fast enough. Don't sleep well & I feel really horrible

in the AM, like I have the flu. My blood pressure goes high, pulse low in the

60s and feeling really bad with highs and lows all day. Don't wanna raise too

fast & go hyper and also don't want to trigger my atrial fib. (Have had it in

the past.)

Could all this feeling bad be from raising too slow? Too fast? Any thoughts on

raising? Thanks all......
