The more hypo is a possibilty, but I already know that the adrenals & iron are

in very good shape. I'm at 75 mcg per day spread between 2-3 doses, but I don't

take any after about 5 pm because it initially kept me awake. Now however, I'm

sleeping much worse, even though I don't take a bedtime dose.

I read a few other posts where individuals said they couln't sleep without

taking a dose at bedtime, so I thought there might be a connection with my

situation.

>Can not taking a dose of T3 after about 5 pm cause these problems and will

taking T3 right before bed help this situation? Will T3 before bedtime help me

sleep better?

A lot of us have found that a dose of T3 as we put the light out

improves sleep quality

I am waking before the alarm most days feeling rested

Yes, I had both saliva & blood testing done twice in the last six months, trying

to get to the bottom of my problem. At all 4 sample times during the day my

saliva test was nearly perfect, as was my 8 am blood test.
