My friend has diabetes and he says he had tingly feet before getting his diabetes under control, something about nerve damage if I remember right. Have you been checked for diabetes? I get tingly hands/feet from time to time, am pre diabetic but also have cervical stenosis that causes the tingly hand thing. I did notice improvement in tingles after getting on thyroid meds though so maybe it is a symptom of hypo.
