is exhaustion a hypo symptom?

I've been on SR T3 since January 22, and I've had no problems with it. After reading at the RT3 website about the advantages of regular T3, I tried it in early March. I quit after two days because of extreme exhaustion, and resumed SR without problems.

Since I've now had 3 iron IV's, I decided to try regular T3 again. This is my second day and again I am experiencing extreme exhaustion. I'm on 30 mcg in 5 mcg doses every 3 hours. My daily average temps for the past 6 days are stable within .2-.3 degrees, so my adrenals seem supported at 20 mg/day HC. However, my temps are low, and have actually dropped--during the days of the iron IV's, my average temps were above normal (98.7-98.9). The first day after the IV's were over, the daily average plummeted to 98.3 and has been consistently low since then.

Questions:

1. Why would my temps have dropped so far?

1.Do these low temps indicate the need for more T3, since I'm clearly hypo?

2. Is the exhaustion more likely an effect of the regular T3, or of the hypo condition itself?

3. Do I increase T3, go back to SR, stay on regular?

Thanks.

Peggy
