My brother is unable to tolerate the t3 due to cortisol issues. (I guess) His

ratio is 9 tr3/ft3. We thought he was on too much HC and have started to drop

it.(today on 40mg) 3 days ago stopped erfa and introduced 6.25 T3 in the am and

felt awful.(rocket fuel) While we get the hc reset should we go back to erfa?

and add a little t3? or just stick with erfa (although extremely depressed and

high bp) it's hard to figure this out.

Thanks for any help in this difficult situation

That's quite a lot of HC. What are his iron levels like?

> -His iron levels were bad last year but he got them up to a good place. Might

have been when he started creating RT3. But in Feb. took too much HC over too

many days and we've cut back to 40. Did RT3 test.

came back real high.

Sleep is an issue. But depression even bigger factor. Took a tiny amount of 6.25

t3 after stopping all thyroid med and it made him feel awful. Just stumped and

worried about what next.
