Guest guest
I've had difficulties since my iron IV's a few days ago, and got great help here. Yesterday was especially difficult, and Nick came to the rescue. I followed his advice and quickly got better; I've thanked him sincerely for that--it felt like a life saver. I'd emailed my doctor the previous day describing my symptoms and asking for help. When he finally replied last night, he gave me the same advice I'd received here. A doc who's on the same page with the RT3 group--what luck, right? I didn't want to keep this to myself, as I know many people are desperate for a decent doctor who treats thyroid outside the conventional box. So if anyone lives in or near land and needs a good doc, email me privately and I'll provide his contact info. Incidentally, he does phone consults and will mail you the lab requests. His office will phone prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice, in or out of land. His prices are not ridiculous, as I hear many are. Maybe it's because he hasn't written any books and isn't famous. Nothing's perfect--I had to wait more than 24 hours for a reply. But I was able to deal with him directly via email, which is unique in my experience with doctors. And he's usually faster than that--was ultra busy this week. I'm not doing PR for this doctor--just offering to help anyone who needs it. Peggy
