Guest guest
---My GI said i could eat up to 8am the day prior to the colonoscopy. I admit I ate a lot and it sure iliminates the hunger that day. Did this on 2 different occasions and everything was fine. Ron

However, remember, that what goes in has to come out in the clean-out. I know one person who has low motility, and his transit time is about five times normal. So he has to do low bulk for four days before, then two days of clear liquid. By cutting down on the amount of bulky foods for a couple of days before the procedure, you can reduce what has to come out, and make things easier for yourself. But if your method works for you, and your GI is satisfied, then go with what works for you! — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
