Guest guest
Hi Jodi and other SCDers, How do you travel with the ribeye and other meat - is it cooked? Also, what do you do for breath fresheners (like tic tacs etc.)? IBS-C forever SCD 2/
Guest guest
Hi Everyone!! Thanks for your kind well wishes! It's gonna be awesome! - my steaks are fully cooked (well-done) when traveling. At home I prepare it and it's much more on the pink side. I don't really use too much for bad breath anymore as the Diet has really helped with that. I do floss, brush and use a tongue cleaner 2 times a day (the tongue cleaner really helps with bad breath issues) Also, sometimes I will use a special preparation of mint oil and some other oils that I make or I will use the mouthwash that Marilyn told me to buy and I heavily dilute it. Good luck! Jodi
