It says that it is Iron Carbonyl, and that it doesn't cause constipation or nausea. Each dose (2 tablets) contains 117mg of Calcium and 50mg of Iron " (as carbonyl iron) " . Can we take this iron? Why would it be ok for them to manufacture a tablet with iron and calcium in the same tab? I assume the Calcium would be useless, right? Or is there something different about this particular iron type? Any help would be appreciated.
