another scary symptom, please advise...

Ok, about an hour after I get up (note:after sleeping 11 hours this

usually happens more intense)...I get this weird set of symptoms thats

beginning to be kind of scary. I will start to feel a little dizzy

like, then my heart will race(maybe to 80 instead of normal for me at

55-60),temp will rise (99.2 I got today) then full weakness and

shakiness sets in. My chest feels heavy, almost anxiety like ya know.

The spell lasts about an hour, then I start to feel better. TOday,

toward the end of the spell, I checked my blood sugar with my old

glucose meter thing (they gave me to test myself when I felt weird) and

my level was at 116, so thats definatly not low. I should've checked

the blood level soooner, but I was feeling that bad I didnt want to

move. Also, when this happens, its before i take my thyroid meds-so its

not that...its before I take ANYTHING for that matter, so not med

related at all.

I would like to know any suggestions of what this might be?

Is it a thyroid dump? mild adrenal crisis? adreniline rush?

Im seeing a new doc soon, and have to have all info in order to mention

things for him to look at.
