I could use help with good SCD snacks that do not help with weight gain, ielower calorie snacks. I don't at this time need to gain weight, in fact Iused to be fat, lost the weight a good while back, lost another 10 lbs when I gave up gluten ( I loved good crusty bread and butter; stopped that and whoosh, more weight off.) I have re- gained some of that weight, and need to figure out a way to not continue that pattern! Now I snack on pecans. A lot. Not sure what to munch instead when a bit hungry. Am doing some organic little carrots, buta bit much raw for my gut. And not much fun cooked. Got to a Trader Joe and tried freeze dry fruit-- didn't really like it. There must be some thing/s I am missing that I could have as snack? Though today my snack will be chamomile tea. Yesterday ate SCD ok but not-for-my-gut food at our potluck.
