Hmmm....that would make me nervous. You can make it 100% from scratch and it

isnt hard (thats what Im doing). Just use beef brisket. I cant imagine that the

store bought corned beef doesnt have illegal ingredients. It is basically lunch

meat.

Yup! Just make it at home, get a beef brisket, salt and peper it, maybe put some

Garlic on it and whatever spices you can tollerate. Then set it in a pie tin

with some water in the bottom and slow cook for around 3 hrs on 250. It will get

very juicy and start to fall apart just like corned beef.
