Just use beef brisket. I cant imagine that the store bought corned beef doesnt have illegal ingredients. It is basically lunch meat. Let us know how it goes > > I intend to. Just make it at home, get a beef brisket, salt and peper it, maybe put some Garlic on it and whatever spices you can tollerate. Then set it in a pie tin with some water in the bottom and slow cook for around 3 hrs on 250.
