Well.......I just got back from Cleveland.

First I saw the head of Rehab about my back and shoulders. I have had

problems off and on. Then I realized that they might be worse because of

my muscle disease. So, I want to stand straight and lift my arms. Here

is what I learned. First, last week I had some sort of stomach virus -

I haven't been that sick in 50 years - there were no meds left in me,

let alone food. So I got better. The next day, I got out of bed, without

any back pain. And, the day after. I still hadn't taken any meds. So I

looked up cellcept side effects. Look what is listed as the number two

side effect. BACK PAIN!!!!!

http://www.drugs.com/sfx/cellcept-side-effects.html - So add that in

and voila, mega back pain. No more cellcept for me!!! The Doctor said

that I have arthritis in my back and a bulging disk - My shoulders are

another story - that could be a surgery issue -

BUT at least, now I knew what was going on.

Then, I went for my Pulmonary function test - No change in two years -

For me that is A OK

Then I went to see my Rheumatologist - of course my CPK and Aldolase are

up - they have been slowly creeping up since May - But I feel better

since I started taking the Doxy and stopped taking anti depressants in

July - My vitamin D is up to 40 - that is taking 100,000 units a week

for 6 weeks. He is " concerned " that I am off of all of his conventional

drugs and still isn't buying in to AP - But I am his experiment.

Then, I went to see an endochronologist - I have to have my Thyroid

checked again since I started Armour Thyroid. I will ask Dr A to do

that. I think I need more. The feeling is that if I can get my Thyroid

back up, I will be able to lose weight again

So that folks was my adventure

Hope all is well and Have a Happy Thanksgiving

Carole
