Not enough to make it a worthwhile source of protein. Assuming that the

average man ejaculates 2 tablespoons of semen, at 7 calories per

tablespoon, it's hardly any protein at all. To be sure of your man's

quality, ask your neighborhood chemist or university chemistry lab for an

analysis.

I'd probably better be there to hear what's being said about me, huh? LOL!

Well, look at it this way. If any protein substance requires the aid of a

stomach with accompanying acids & enzymes to break down said protein source

into an absorbable form, then no. The main value of this protein source

would be the, uh, texture and enjoyment of capture. As for protein value, I

think it is like the over-vaulted cheese or peanut butter. A " great protein

source " . Indeed, as opposed to celery or a marshmallow.

Much like shopping the thrift stores for a great party dress for cheap, this

method of wt loss maintenance is largely in the exercise, the chase 'n hunt,

rather than in the find, although very satisfying. Know what I mean?

I do love the chase 'n hunt! Personally, don't care

how much protein grams are in the delivery.

Windy Judy, girlfriend, you are so funny. Couldn't

wait to get back to Austin and see exactly how you

would phrase this question. Beautiful job, I must

say. You guys were so much fun and really made my

trip to Chicago complete. Thanks again for the

driving tour of the city. Rest of the trip was so

busy, that was truly my only opportunity to get to see

any of the sites.

Peggy, you and are just delightful. So neat to

see an " old " married couple still so much in love. It

was fun swapping stories, meeting your mates and

showing off my belly button. Hope the pictures you

took came out good.

Our meeting really underlined for me just one of the

benefits of this great group. It was so neat to fly

across the country and find friends waiting to go to

dinner with you. I had a blast in Chicago, love the

city and really loved meeting you guys. Thanks again.
