Guest guest
Has anyone dealt with www.a1nutrition.com? On 2/7 this year, I ordered a 5-lb. Champion Stack Whey from them. I hadn't received it, so on the 18th (IIRC) I sent them an e-mail asking if they could track it. (One problem is that you have to use their website e-mail: they don't give you an actual e-mail address on the site you can use.) I didn't hear back from them. I decided I would call them today, but the only phone number they give is for phone orders, not customer service. I called it anyway but got a voicemail, not an answer. I finally wrote them another e-mail today and told them I wanted a refund (yes, they charged my credit card). Has anyone tried this company or had any problems with them? It's a professional- looking site, but is it a shady company? They even use the Better Business Bureau logo on their site, but that could be easily lifted from another site. I'd like to know before I go to the Illinois State's Attorney's Fraud department and make a complaint. Thanks in advance for anything you can tell me!
