Guest guest Posted March 18, 2009 Report Share Posted March 18, 2009 Do I take just one acidophilus a day (it's for me, not the kids)? How do you think I should use the calcium powder? In cooking? Baking? Smoothies? How much (for the kids and for me)? We are not all yet doing SCD, but I hope to transition them. I am doing SCD for myself already. I want to limit dairy, and two of us MUST be dairy free--at least for now. Any advice? Marilyn2 Feeling the pinch at the grocery store? Make meals for under $10.
