Guest guest
I tried to make a recipe from "Cooking to Heal Little Tummies". It was supposed to be their Zucchini Bread. I used yellow squash instead. Used hazelnut flour instead of almond. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. I put the batter into two tin foil loaf pans, each 1/2 full (as the recipe says to do). At 40 minutes, the bread was still liquidy in the center. I covered it with foil and checked every 10 minutes. Finally, when I had baked it for double the recommended amount of time, I gave up and shut the oven off, before the edges of the bread burned. I cut into the bread--it had the consistency of a wet bread pudding. I have NO idea what went wrong. But I am telling my family it's bread pudding I made for dessert tonight. It is quite tasty!
