I get what I think is a normal slight drop in energy for my age - almost 49.

But not at all like i did when I was on less Armour. My energy level is

really pretty consistent during the day unless i totally overdo.

So, for all you people who are on optimal Armour and other

supplements, do you get an afternoon drop in energy? It has been so

long since I felt good, I don't know what a gal my age (49) can hope

for. (well, I know what I can hope for, I just want to be

realisitic : ) )

Not at all. It's a sign that you have something else to correct--

Ferritin, testosterone, female hormones....or more Armour.
