I get what I think is a normal slight drop in energy for my age - almost 49. But not at all like i did when I was on less Armour. My energy level is really pretty consistent during the day unless i totally overdo. Cindi
Guest guest
So, for all you people who are on optimal Armour and other supplements, do you get an afternoon drop in energy? It has been so long since I felt good, I don't know what a gal my age (49) can hope for. (well, I know what I can hope for, I just want to be realisitic : ) ) in MA

It's a sign that you have something else to correct-- Ferritin, testosterone, female hormones....or more Armour. Janie )
