If you can't, I've been doing it all wrong for years! <g> I use quart ziplock bags and put four muffins in each one. I lay the bags flat on a cookie sheet and slip them into the greezer to freeze. Once frozen, I can stack the bags and remove the cookie sheet. My reason for using smaller bags is that I don't always eat a muffin every day, and this way, I can take small quantities out, and they're less likely to go bad on me. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
