Guest guest Posted April 8, 2004 Report Share Posted April 8, 2004 This is what WW called a red light food - a food that you just can't stop having more of once you start - for me, its' french fries, ice cream (I can manage the FF Frozen Yogurt or the Low-Fat Ice Cream, but the full fat creamy ice cream is definitely " red light " ), and certain types of cookies (like vienna fingers)....I do think its' best to avoid these completely (I haven't had a French Fry in over a year). ...
