The owner can always do membership changes, moderators can be set up with limited or unlimited privileges. I don't know how this list's moderators are set. (as I recall, it was on OneList before that... OneList was acquired by eGroups, which was acquired by ) For a looooong time, the egroups addresses still worked with . They may no longer work.
