I am so anxious and ready that it almost feels like a dream. I have prepared in every way possible and I am 110% positive. I have tried smaples of different protein mixes from vitalady.com. What has worked for all of you? I am leaning twords Chamion Whey Stack. I would like to thank all of you for your support. Guest guest Posted September 10, 2004 Report Share Posted September 10, 2004 Hi Curt, First of all . . . just in case I get really behind in my e-mail again and don't get a chance to write to you again before your surgery . . . please know that I'll have you in my prayers for an uncomplicated surgery and a full and speedy recovery. I always feel just a touch guilty admitting that I use protein drinks since Kaiser Richmond is a adamant that they are bad for us . . ..nonetheless, my favorite is Whey Gourmet's Cappuccino flavor. I also like Sci Fit's Cream of Coconut Pie flavor. Lots of people like the various chocolate flavors, but I still haven't found one that I think is palatable. Do you attend an in-person support group yet? If you do, you might want to let them know about this group. I look forward to hearing that you are safely on the other side.
