I have been on the diet for two and a half years and I am pleased to announce that as of two days ago I can now eat lentils with just a little gas.

On another topic, some time ago someone said she was trying to make a cake that tasted like chocolate. If I remember rightly she used coffee, lots of cinnamon and some other spice. I make the zucchini cake that is very moist and should definitely be chocolate-flavoured. Can anyone help?

It's from the Grain Free Gourmet. It's good because it makes the nut flour go farther and you eat less nut flour per slice, which means that you have more chance of keeping possible allergies at bay.
