Guest guest Posted December 10, 2002 Report Share Posted December 10, 2002 heya all..hope this isnt a double post.. my comp messed up.. anyway.. ill try to remember what i said.. at my one month check up my doc said not to come back for 3 months..Should this worry me??.. unless i have problems.. on the good side .. i was told i can start water areobics and cycling.. no ab work though..situps, crunches, yoga.. for another month.. So.. is there anything i should look out for in the next 3 months.. ?? Also i signed up for fitday... and i will tell ya just from the food i ate yesterday..i only got about 11g protein.. i thought i was getting in more from my food.. and i seem to be getting in alot of fat.. thankfully yall got me to start on the protein shakes.. yea!!.. btw i ordered my samples from vitalady.. havent tried them yet.. as i want to wait till im not sick anymore.. Ok.. one final question.. i know we are supposed to stay away from the scales.. but i am not waiting 3 months to see if im losing..ya know.. when i weigh my self i take my measurements too.. so.. how often is it healthy to w/m myself.. every 2 weeks, once a month.. please let me know what yall think..*huggles*..and bright blessings..Johanna PS..sorry so long..
