Everything on the Digestive Wellness site is legal... but I'm suspicious

of just about anything I didn't make myself. SO if you use commercial

goods (I exclude what they make themselves) and don't see as much

progress as you would like, then consider removing anything commercially

made from your diet.

I have tried the pb cookies, velvet cookies, muffins, and flat breads.

I really love the flat bread and pb cookies.
