I guess I lost patience - I didn't add in any fat - as my boys are dairy free -

the color was right, ubt it just was not pourable - but a tleast I know they

need to be stored in the freezer - maybe I will try again . . .

tried to make the lolipops from BTVC this weekend for my kids, and I cooked the

abandoned the lollipop idea, poured the mix onto a greased parehment paper lined

cookie sheet, let it cool, and then I had a taffy like substance - a few hours

later, I oiled my hands and kneaded it like bread dough, and kind of got a chewy

honey taffy. I pulled it into balls - They didn't like it, but it is a

interesting texture to kind of suck on.
