I abandoned the lollipop idea, poured the mix onto a greased parehment paper lined cookie sheet, let it cool, and then I had a taffy like substance - a few hours later, I oiled my hands and kneaded it like bread dough, and kind of got a chewy honey taffy. I pulled it into balls - They didn't like it, but it is a interesting texture to kind of suck on. > > > > Side note - if anyone has experience making the lollipops from BTVC - please share - my kids are looking for something hard to suck on! > > > > Kim in NJ, SBS due to bowel resection Feb 03 > > 2 sons, almost 4, ADHD, SPD, leaky gut, klebsiella oxytoca & candida overgrowth > > Transitioned to SCD from GFCF Nov/Dec 08 > > All SCD Jan 1/09 > > >
