If you click on a random post to reply, then CHANGE the subject... it

should still post.

If you're getting the " You cannot post, " it may be because you

have not logged into Yahoo.

If you get the " cannot post " message, make sure that you are

sending you email to BTVC-SCD , and not something which

says, " Digest " or similar. I've had a few bounce that way on

the Pecan Bread list because my setting was for the old, original Yahoo

software from back when the Elaine's Children list originally

started.

Can I eat turkey bologna as long as the ingredient list is okay? Where do

you guys get your lunch meats? All the ones I looked at had potato starch

in it except for the turkey bologna. <<

No, legal cheese does not have to be made from unpasteurized milk. Many

people like raw cheese and like to start with raw milk for their yogurt

for other health reasons, but it is not required.

I would not eat any commercial lunch meat. They can put up to 2% of

ANYTHING in stuff and not list it as an ingredient because it is a

" processing aid. "

You will do much better to roast a beef roast or a turkey breast and

slice it thin, and use that instead of purchased lunch meat. I also make

meat spreads, using my Maverick grinder.
