It's fine.Remember yogurt technology was pioneered by people withoutrefrigeration as a way to make milk products last. All that will have happened is that some fermentation willhave begun at a lower rate. Simply start counting 24 hoursfrom when you turned up the dehydrator. MaraHi all,I made a new batch of yogurt yesterday, put it in my Excalibur Dehydrator, and forgot to turn it on. Ugh! It was sitting there at room temp for five hours before I realized what I had done (or didn't do). I went ahead and started the Dehydrator at that time. Is it still ok? Or should I throw it out and start again? Thanks for any help. ~The Average US Credit Score is 692. See yours in just 2 easy steps!
