Guest guest
Tough one ot answer. I had been taking them for quite sometime, even before my neph was on board. He didn't think much of it until the last few years, now he's in favor. Then last year my life went haywire, I had a newborn son, my brother died, my mother became very ill- I went on a rebellion of sorts and stopped taking the fish oil. My labs did get worse. Was it stress, no fish oil, soemthing else or everything combined, I don't know and won't ever know. It was enough to convince me to start taking my fish oil again, it is the only factor in my worsening labs that I can control. > > kalyanav <kalyanav@y...> wrote: i would like to know if any of > u had any benefit by taking them... > > thx > priya >
Guest guest
Wow , That was one very tough year for you. Here's to hoping and praying your New Year will be filled with many blessings. Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your brother. In a message dated 12/22/2004 1:48:38 PM Eastern Standard Time, " thewhologans " writes: > > >Tough one ot answer. Guest guest
I think I have benefited a great deal from fish oil. before I started taking it my chol was 298 it is now below 170 from fish oil my kidney function has improved a great deal. I can't remember my exact #'s before I started it but they were very high since I started it my neph says my numbers are better than normal persons. if u research fish oil on the Internet u will find it has a great deal more benefits than for the kidneys, it helps the immune system also so I have not had a cold or flu in over 3 years since taking it. so I have been in a great deal better health because of it. in fact because of it my wife now takes it and so does one of my sons. another + for fish oil that was done by Harvid university was that it acts as a natural mood stabliser for depression and bipolar disorder. and since i suffer from bipolar i also take it for that reason also. so fish oil is an all around good thing to take.
