I am so excited to try this dressing--thank you so much for posting it. I will try it with my whole milk yogurt without dripping it. I get my milk from a local dairy farm that is right in my town and they have the milk for sale within 2 days of milking. They add absolutely nothing to the milk, not even Vit.'s A & D. I never liked skim milk before and their's tastes incredible ( pre-SCD). My point is that my yogurt is tart, but only slightly and when I add spices, I don't notice it at all. So, I think your recipe will do well with my regular yogurt. Thanks again.

I love it! <g> When I invented it, I was still using grocery store

milk, so that may have accounted for some of the extreme tartness. But if

your yogurt comes out as you say, you may be able to use the whole milk

yogurt, well-dripped, for it.
