I am packing for a 7 day Caribbean cruise (leaving Friday) and got carried away with the time. I've managed to lose a bit more than my 10% to compensate for those midnight buffets! KIDDING, REALLY! :-) I packed my walking shoes and work-out clothes and plan to use the onboard gym daily. I only have 29 days until my WLS and I will not blow it by gaining. Ir's been a long road but so worthwhile and I know the best is yet to come. : I am happy for your reconstructive surgery date! WooHoo! Leann: Keep working on that 10%, you'll make it! : Best luck and prayers for a speedy recovery from your WLS. Gordy: I am not sure about the website for the ez support group but you can contact the leader: GAYLE PELLEGRINI at 925-681- 1773. This is the number printed on the flyer for their meetings. Ellen ez Meeting Hi Everyone, I just wanted to say that I went to my first support group and it was great. I so enjoyed meeting every one that was there, Its so great to put a face with a name.. I'm so happy for you on getting your date.. That is so great... Again I have gotten so much form the people here and from the support group... I can truly say that it is great to be able to talk about my weight and eating problems with people who know what I'm going through... It truly makes me feel good and I know that others must feel the same way.. For all of you who are on the other side I totally thank you for every thing......: ) well I have to get to bed now I just need to say thanks and I love being able to read and respond to all the information...
