Guest guest
My daughter who is 14 has been on the diet since October 1. Lately she has been eating clementines (tangerines) and grapes. I gave her a little bit of a raw apple last night. I've been baking apples for months and she's burned out on them. And she ate a little bit of fresh pineapple last night. She seems to be able to eat things that others can't. It's all individual. It all depends on your symptoms before you started the diet also, I think. She has celiac disease, but in the late summer, had extreme anxiety (missed school for 3 months) and stomach pains. Turns out it was an overgrowth of bacteria. The diet has been a Godsend.
